Health and Safety Policy
Skye Facilities Ltd fully accepts the obligations placed upon it by the various Acts of Parliament covering health and safety. We require our Health and Safety Director to ensure that the following policy is implemented and to report annually on its effectiveness.
Our Health and Safety policy has been prepared and published under the requirements of Health & Safety at Work legislation. The purpose of the policy is to establish general standards for health and safety at work and to distribute responsibility for their achievement to all managers, supervisors, and other employees through the normal line management processes.
The Health and safety Director has overall responsibility for the implementation of Skye Facilities Ltd policy. In particular he is responsible for ensuring that the policy is widely communicated and that its effectiveness is monitored.
We carry out risk assessment, provide safe method of work statement and coshh assessment for every project. Personal Protective Equipment are made available to all staff on site.
Quality Assurance Policy
Skye Facilities Ltd aims to provide cleaning a consistent quality for all customers; we strive to meet and where appropriate exceed the high standards expected in any construction site. We expect all members of our staff to work to these standards to help us achieve our aim of providing a quality service. Our management systems define each worker's responsibilities when working on construction site.
The policies, systems and processes in place in our organisation reflect our professional and legal responsibilities and follow recognised industry- specific regulations or standards.
At Skye Facilities Ltd, we aim to achieve the best results for our clients through clear policies and systems and appropriately trained and competent work force.
